Generalists routinely render "ที่ว่าการอำเภอ" as a literal address rather than the registry institution the Basque office is looking for, and a single mislabelled stamp footer can return the entire packet.

Old hand-written birth certificates (pre-1996) often require a re-issued copy (สด.43) from the Amphur before legalization. Names must match the passport exactly.
