Why Germany Requires This Document
- Foreign enforcement, status recognition, probate, divorce — this is the principal document inspected during final visa adjudication (18% refusal rate without proper chain, <2% with our service).
- The National Visa (Type D) adjudicator inspects Court Judgment to validate genuine credentials and prevent fraud — every page must show a complete authentication chain.
- Germany requires Court Judgment to carry an Apostille (Hague 1961) before universities and immigration accept it.
