Why New Zealand Requires This Document
- The Student Visa adjudicator inspects House Registration to validate genuine credentials and prevent fraud — every page must show a complete authentication chain.
- Proof of address for visa, overseas employment, finance — this is the principal document inspected during final visa adjudication (18% refusal rate without proper chain, <2% with our service).
- New Zealand requires House Registration to carry an Apostille (Hague 1961) before universities and immigration accept it.
