The Passport carries a structure most overseas registrars recognise instantly — and just as instantly reject when the translator has improvised on a single term. The terminology is the document. Where the original หนังสือเดินทาง reuses a registrar title in different tenses, the Dari version must preserve the tense distinction — confusing "registered" with "is registering" changes the document's legal effect.

Translation of the data page is rarely required (it is already bilingual), but a notarized certified copy is frequently requested.

The same eight-step workflow runs on every job — none of the gates are optional and none are bypassed for speed:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Passport. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.
2. Translation into Dari. Performed by our credentialed MFA-accepted translator on our in-house panel. Names, dates and registration numbers are cross-checked against your passport.
