Every section of a Passport — header, body, stamps, signature block, registry footer — has a corresponding fixed expression in the target legal language. The translator's job is matching them, not creating them. Vendors unfamiliar with civil-registry conventions treat the registry footer as decorative; an experienced Vietnamese translator reproduces it as a structured citation because the receiving counter reads it as the document's primary identifier.

Below is the production line every file walks through — none of the gates can be reordered, all of them are logged:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Passport. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.
2. Translation into Vietnamese. Performed by our credentialed senior translator vetted by Thailand's Department of Consular Affairs. Names, dates and registration numbers are cross-checked against your passport.
3. Vietnamese embassy attestation. We submit to the destination embassy in Bangkok and collect the legalised document.
