Delivery from Bangkok worldwide
If a Case Officer raises an RFI within 90 days of delivery, we re-issue at no cost — provided the RFI targets the translation itself, not the underlying source document.
Common mistakes to avoid
The most common failure mode is a low-resolution source scan or a missing annex. We inspect every submission upfront and request a re-scan before starting translation, preventing downstream RFIs.
Warranty and 90-day RFI policy
PDF ships by email or LINE the moment stamping is complete (usually within 7 business days). Physical documents follow by Kerry/EMS domestically and DHL Express internationally — 2–4 business days to Australian metros.
Original documents vs scanned copies
A genuine NAATI stamp shows 'National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters' around the perimeter, plus a 7-digit CPN and a language direction (e.g., T Thai→English). Fakes typically omit the QR code or use CPNs the system cannot resolve.
Post-delivery workflow
The 7–12-day cadence comes from six discrete steps: source review, layout, translation, stamping, CPN verification, dispatch. We do not rush any of these because each is exactly what Home Affairs inspects on receipt.
