How we deliver in 5–10 days
For Home Affairs, VETASSESS, and AHPRA, a crisp 300-dpi scan is enough — no need to courier originals to Thailand, saving 5–7 days and courier fees.
Pricing rationale — THB 1300–2500
Post-delivery we retain an encrypted copy for five years. To re-issue or amend later, share your SKU plus delivery date and we reprint without re-translating.
Delivery from Bangkok worldwide
The most common failure mode is a low-resolution source scan or a missing annex. We inspect every submission upfront and request a re-scan before starting translation, preventing downstream RFIs.
The stamp and CPN requirements
If a Case Officer raises an RFI within 90 days of delivery, we re-issue at no cost — provided the RFI targets the translation itself, not the underlying source document.
Original documents vs scanned copies
A genuine NAATI stamp shows 'National Accreditation Authority for Translators and Interpreters' around the perimeter, plus a 7-digit CPN and a language direction (e.g., T Thai→English). Fakes typically omit the QR code or use CPNs the system cannot resolve.

Frequently asked
Q1.What if a Case Officer requests amendments?
Free re-issue within 90 days when the RFI targets translation content — not the source document itself.
Q2.Which provinces do you serve?
All 77 Thai provinces. PDF is emailed; hardcopies ship Kerry/EMS domestically and DHL Express worldwide.
Q3.Do you support other language pairs?
Yes — Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Khmer, Burmese, and Arabic pairs via our multilingual NAATI package.
Q4.How can I pay?
PromptPay, Visa/Master/JCB, PayPal, and SWIFT/Wise. Full VAT invoices issued to your company address.
Q5.How many business days?
5–10 business days after order confirmation. 24–48 hour express is available for +30–50%.
Q6.Do you need original documents?
For Home Affairs / VETASSESS / AHPRA a 300-dpi scan is enough. Some state BDM registries want originals — we tell you upfront when they do.
Q7.Is the NAATI stamp verifiable?
Every job carries the practitioner's 7-digit CPN. Enter it at naati.com.au/online-verification to see the translator's name and certification level.
Q8.Do I need additional consular legalization?
Not for Australian visas (Home Affairs). For Thai domestic filings or third-country destinations, pick our NAATI + Apostille bundle instead.
