MFA Consular Affairs legalisation fees are THB 200 per stamp (standard) and THB 400 per stamp (express). These are government fees, separate from our service fee.
Notarial Services Attorney
Notarial signature certification (Thai NSA lawyer)
Certification of a signature executed in the lawyer's presence by a Notarial Services Attorney licensed under the Lawyers Council of Thailand regulations, with seal and register entry.

Certified true copy
Certification that a copy matches the original presented — passports, house registration, degrees, transcripts and corporate documents.

Certified Translation
Certified translation Thai–English
Translation by translators experienced with Thai official documents, issued with a company certificate of accuracy for MFA or end-agency filing.

NAATI certified translation (for Australia)
Translation by a NAATI-certified practitioner with stamp and practitioner number, accepted by the Department of Home Affairs, universities and Australian government agencies.

Legalisation & Embassy
MFA legalisation filing
Courier and filing service at the Department of Consular Affairs. Government fee is THB 200 per stamp (THB 400 express), billed separately. Thailand deposited its instrument of accession to the Apostille Convention on 30 June 2026, with entry into force on 28 February 2027 — until then the MFA plus destination-embassy chain still applies.

Destination embassy legalisation
Filing MFA-legalised documents with the destination country's embassy or consulate in Thailand. Embassy fees vary by country and are billed at cost.

- 3–15 working days, subject to embassy queue
Worldwide document shipping (DHL / FedEx)
Tracked international delivery of legalised original documents.

Police Clearance
Police clearance certificate (domestic use)
Application and collection of a police clearance certificate issued by the Royal Thai Police Special Branch, for employment or domestic use.

- 7–15 working days, subject to Special Branch processing
Police clearance certificate for overseas use
End-to-end package for visa and migration: Special Branch filing, certified translation, MFA legalisation and destination embassy (government fees billed separately).

Visa Documentation
Visa document preparation pack
Preparation and certified translation of visa supporting documents — house registration, birth and marriage certificates, bank statements, employment letters. Visa outcomes remain at the discretion of the deciding authority; we do not guarantee results.

Civil & Business Registration
Thai–foreign marriage registration document service
Obtaining the foreign spouse's affirmation of freedom to marry from their embassy, certified translation and MFA legalisation, before filing at a district office under the Department of Provincial Administration.

- 5–10 working days, subject to embassy slots
APEC Business Travel Card (ABTC)
Corporate document preparation and ABTC filing with the Thai Immigration Bureau. The card is valid 5 years; approval rests with each member economy.

- THB 5,000 – THB 12,000
- Typical turnaround:
- 1–2 weeks to file · 4–6 months for member economies to approve
