The Divorce Decree carries a structure most overseas registrars recognise instantly — and just as instantly reject when the translator has improvised on a single term. The terminology is the document. Where the original ใบหย่า reuses a registrar title in different tenses, the Fijian version must preserve the tense distinction — confusing "registered" with "is registering" changes the document's legal effect.

Court divorces require both the court judgment (คำพิพากษา) and the Amphur registration (คร.6 / คร.7). Both must be translated together.
