Every section of a Driver's License — header, body, stamps, signature block, registry footer — has a corresponding fixed expression in the target legal language. The translator's job is matching them, not creating them. Where the original ใบขับขี่ reuses a registrar title in different tenses, the Luxembourgish version must preserve the tense distinction — confusing "registered" with "is registering" changes the document's legal effect.

For German, French, Spanish, Italian and Dutch use, the receiving authority will check the sworn translator's registration number against the local court list; we either use a registered translator or arrange a follow-on sworn re-certification in the destination country.
