It contains official Thai terminology — registry numbers, district codes, parental information, registration officers' titles — that translate differently depending on the receiving country. Generalists routinely render "ที่ว่าการอำเภอ" as a literal address rather than the registry institution the Georgian office is looking for, and a single mislabelled stamp footer can return the entire packet.

Validity is typically only 3–6 months depending on the receiving country. Plan translation and legalization timing carefully.
