NYC Legal & Notary Services Co., Ltd. (Thai juristic person No. 0435567000061), head office at 109/19 Moo 7, Mittraphap Road, Sila Sub-district, Mueang District, Khon Kaen 40000, is the data controller of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (Thailand PDPA, 2019).
2. Personal Data We Collect
- Identification: full name, ID card or passport number (only for notarial certification)
- Contact: phone, email, LINE ID, delivery address
- Document data: source originals and certified translations entrusted to us
- Payment proof: bank transfer slips (we do not store card numbers on our systems)
- Website usage: IP address, browser type, cookies
3. Purposes of Processing
- Provide translation, notarial, apostille and legalization services
- Communicate about jobs and deliver finished documents
- Issue tax invoices and meet bookkeeping duties (5-year retention under the Revenue Code)
- Improve service quality and the website
- Send news and promotions (only with your consent)
4. Lawful Basis
We process your data on the bases of (a) performance of contract, (b) legal obligations such as Revenue Code receipt retention, (c) legitimate interests such as service improvement, and (d) consent for marketing or certain cross-border transfers.
6. Retention Periods
- Customer and job records: 5 years after completion (for regulatory audits)
- Copies of certified documents: 7 years per Lawyers Council practice
- Tax invoices and accounting evidence: 5 years per Revenue Code
- Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn

8. Security Measures
We store originals in fire-rated safes, encrypt traffic with TLS 1.3, restrict access on a need-to-know basis, and shred documents to DIN P-4 level once the retention window ends.
