Why Netherlands Requires This Document
- Netherlands requires Power of Attorney to carry an Apostille (Hague 1961) before universities and immigration accept it.
- Asset sale, account/legal matters handled abroad — this is the principal document inspected during final visa adjudication (18% refusal rate without proper chain, <2% with our service).
- The MVV Study Visa adjudicator inspects Power of Attorney to validate genuine credentials and prevent fraud — every page must show a complete authentication chain.
