From intake to courier the pipeline has eight named gates; you receive a LINE update as each gate closes:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Passport. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.
2. Translation into German. Performed by our credentialed sworn translator recognised by the relevant European jurisdiction. Names, dates and registration numbers are cross-checked against your passport.
3. Delivery. Pickup at our office, courier in Bangkok, EMS across Thailand, or DHL Express to 200+ countries.
4. German embassy attestation. We submit to the destination embassy in Bangkok and collect the legalised document.
5. Second-eye QA. A senior reviewer cross-checks every page against the source and flags any name/date inconsistency before the seal is applied.
6. Thai MFA legalisation. Our courier files at the Department of Consular Affairs (Chaeng Watthana) the next working day. Standard return: 3–5 working days.
