The Passport is rarely a simple, free-form letter. It contains official Thai terminology — registry numbers, district codes, parental information, registration officers' titles — that translate differently depending on the receiving country. Generalists routinely render "ที่ว่าการอำเภอ" as a literal address rather than the registry institution the English office is looking for, and a single mislabelled stamp footer can return the entire packet.

Translation of the data page is rarely required (it is already bilingual), but a notarized certified copy is frequently requested.

Every file moves through the same checklist; you receive a status note as it clears each gate:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Passport. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.
2. Translation into English. Performed by our credentialed NAATI-certified translator (Australian government). Names, dates and registration numbers are cross-checked against your passport.
