Every section of a Passport — header, body, stamps, signature block, registry footer — has a corresponding fixed expression in the target legal language. The translator's job is matching them, not creating them. Inexperienced translators translate the body but transliterate the seal text inconsistently across pages of the same packet — overseas reviewers cross-check that text between pages and flag any variance.

Translation of the data page is rarely required (it is already bilingual), but a notarized certified copy is frequently requested.

Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan and Nepali authorities expect translations either into the destination's national language or English, with a clearly stamped translator certification block.

For the Passport specifically, our Nepali desk pays particular attention to:

• Official seals & stamps. Thai stamps and signatures are described in the target language so overseas officers can verify authenticity.
• Officer titles. Registrar, Chief District Officer and District Officer are kept distinct, mapped to whichever term the destination registry uses internally.
• Dates & calendars. The Thai Buddhist year (พ.ศ.) must be converted to the Common Era; we provide both formats side-by-side.
• Form codes. Original Thai reference numbers and registration codes are preserved verbatim.
• Name transliteration. Nepali authorities check the translated name against your passport — any mismatch is grounds for rejection.

Operationally the workflow is a queue of eight gates; the case manager owns the queue and you receive a notification at each transition:

1. Document intake. Send us a high-resolution PDF/photo of the original Passport. We verify it is a current Amphur or court-issued copy.
2. Translation into Nepali. Performed by our credentialed senior translator vetted by Thailand's Department of Consular Affairs. Names, dates and registration numbers are cross-checked against your passport.
3. Company certification. We affix our official translator seal and a signed declaration accepted by Thai MFA.
4. Thai MFA legalisation. Our courier files at the Department of Consular Affairs (Chaeng Watthana) the next working day. Standard return: 3–5 working days.
5. Delivery. Pickup at our office, courier in Bangkok, EMS across Thailand, or DHL Express to 200+ countries.
6. Second-eye QA. A senior reviewer cross-checks every page against the source and flags any name/date inconsistency before the seal is applied.
7. Nepali embassy attestation. We submit to the destination embassy in Bangkok and collect the legalised document.
8. Notary Public (if required). One of our six in-house Notarial Services Attorneys notarises the translation, which most embassies require.

• Apostille — single-step alternative to MFA+embassy for Hague Convention members (Thailand: not a signatory yet → MFA route applies).
