🇨🇳 Marriage Certificate → Uyghur

Treating a Marriage Certificate as ordinary prose is the single most common reason these files come back stamped "ไม่ผ่าน". The Thai original is, in effect, a controlled vocabulary disguised as a paragraph. Where the original ทะเบียนสมรส reuses a registrar title in different tenses, the Uyghur version must preserve the tense distinction — confusing "registered" with "is registering" changes the document's legal effect.

Both the Marriage Certificate (คร.3) and Marriage Registration Record (คร.2) are usually required together for overseas registration.
