Administrative units like "ตำบล", "แขวง" and "เขต" carry distinct weight that must surface in Urdu; flattening them into one English word erases the level of authority the foreign registrar is trying to verify.

Translation of the data page is rarely required (it is already bilingual), but a notarized certified copy is frequently requested.
